Mr. Snell Patel, the elder son of the founder and the company's namesake, serves as the primary successor. Though a professional cricketer by trade, he has consistently demonstrated a keen interest in the company's growth, contributing valuable insights in both branding and management. Since April 2021, he has held the position of Head Management, where he now drives strategic initiatives and leadership.
Then is Mr. Smeet Patel, the younger son of the founder. He has pursued his masters degree from Nirma University by becoming the Gold & Silver Medalist in MBA with honors, which is mainly focused on the family business. He has taken on the esteemed role of Production head and is now overseeing our operations. As the next ascendant, he will soon attain the chief leadership position, guiding the company's future.
